MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY
All merchandise – for any reason – must be returned to us in its original condition WITHIN 30 DAYS of original purchase date. If there are any signs of the shoe being worn outside, a return will not be accepted. Please provide the following when requesting a return:
- Original Receipt
- Original Form of Payment
- — Credit/Debit Card Purchases Will Go Back On The Original Card
- — If paid with a check, a refund cannot be issued within 14 days
- — If paid with cash, refunds are subject to cash on hand and we may issue a check to you if needed
- Identification
Used, damaged, unsellable or items without a receipt may receive store credit at the owners discretion.
All discount and clearance items are finale sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
